Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from treendsy.com. The shop is operated by Westernmost LLC, 32 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation email. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund it in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include free shipping to the US. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.

3. Delivery

We dispatch within 1-2 business days and delivery to the US takes 7-14 days after dispatch, as shown on the product page and at checkout. Details are on our Shipping page.

4. Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return items, and we refund or replace items that arrive damaged, faulty, wrong or not as described. Details are on our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

5. Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can, with real measurements. Colors can look slightly different on different screens. Ratings and sales figures marked as from the maker's store are the figures shown on our supplier's listing for the same product.

6. Problems with an order

If something is wrong, please contact us at hello@treendsy.com before contacting your bank. We reply within 1 business day and will refund or replace as described in our policies.

7. Liability

Use products as described. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your state.
