Our products ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, most of them in Asia. That is why delivery takes 7-14 days after dispatch rather than 2-3. Every order is tracked from the warehouse to your door.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery to the US then takes 7-14 days. Your tracking link arrives by email as soon as the order ships. Kits made of two items can arrive in two separate packages.
Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum.
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, send us a photo and we refund or replace it, and you keep the item. For change-of-mind returns, email us first and we will send the return address. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
International parcels sometimes go quiet for a few days while they clear customs. If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your order has not arrived 30 days after you placed it, email us and we will reship it or refund you in full.
Card payments at Treendsy appear on your statement as WESTMOST* TREENDSY (Westernmost LLC operates this shop). If you still don't recognize it, email hello@treendsy.com with the date and amount and we will find the order for you, or refund it if it is not yours. We answer within 1 business day.
